KOS, GREECE — AUGUST 21, 2015: An old man is looking at a dinghy getting closer to the shore in the early morning. In recent weeks on Kos island, locals have been witnessing the arrival, by sea from Turkey, of an average of 600 people every day, according to the UNHCR.
